You can redeem eligible Bruegger’s Rewards at participating locations both in-bakery and when you order ahead, either online or in the app. In bakery, provide the cashier with the phone number associated with your account or scan your barcode from the Bruegger’s mobile app. When ordering ahead, go to “My Rewards” or “Rewards” and select from available reward menu by clicking “Add to Order.” Please be sure to add the reward to your order prior to adding items to your cart & before checkout for your reward to apply. We can help! If you kept your receipt, you can use its code to claim those points. Log into your account and fill-in the Receipt Visit Code at the bottom of the “Home” tab to add your visit to your account and collect your points.

If you are a first time user who is a member of the Bruegger’s Rewards Program but you have never accessed your account online or in the app, you will need to create a password. You can do this by going to the log-in page and selecting “Create/Forgot Password”. From there you will need to enter the email address associated with your account and type in a new password of your choice. The password requires at least 8 characters and you must use at least one numeric and one capital letter.

To use a gift card when ordering ahead on either the Bruegger’s app or online, you will need to Contact Us so we can load your gift card’s value to your Rewards Account. Please be sure to include the full gift card number & the email or phone number associated with your Rewards account to facilitate a quick turnaround of your request.

If you do not have a Rewards Account, there is not currently a way to pay for your order online or in the app with a gift card at this time. Please note that we continue to work on ways to streamline the order ahead app & online experience.

Store Information

We bake our bagels fresh every morning, which means we’re up pretty early! Each store is different, so find your bakery’s hours by using our Store Locator.

Bruegger’s Bagels locations are closed on Christmas Day to allow our team members to spend time with their family and friends. Some Bruegger locations may be closed on additional holidays based on local store management discretion. We encourage our guests to check the store hours for their neighborhood bakery prior to visiting on holidays.

While the majority of our bakeries have re-opened their dining rooms, we have decided to transition some smaller bakeries or bakeries in select locations to takeout only bakeries. You can find the status of this and other amenities for your neighborhood bakery on our locations page.

We’re sorry your last experience with us missed the mark. To request a refund, Contact Us and complete the form. For fastest resolution, please include the order total, order date, name on the credit card used, last 4 digits of the credit cared used and the expiration date along with the reason why you are requesting a refund. Our team will follow up to your request via email.

Please know that we are always happy to accommodate any dietary need or food allergy the best we can, however, there is always a risk of cross-contamination in our stores.

At this time, we do not have any plans to carry gluten free or keto-friendly bagels as a regular product in our stores. However, we are always working hard to find ways to improve and expand our offerings so this may change in the future. In the meantime, please check back with us for any updates as we are continuously rolling out new and exciting menu items!

Order Ahead

We currently accept same-day orders both online and in our app from the time the bakery opens to 30 minutes prior to closing. Please note all order ahead orders need to be picked up prior to the bakery closing time.

We ask for your phone number as it serves as your Member ID. You can provide your phone number to the cashier at your local bakery to check-in to earn points and redeem available rewards. We will not contact you via phone or text for any reason.

Go to log in here and select “Create/Forgot Password”. You will be redirected to the Password Reset page. From there, input the email address associated with your Bruegger’s account. An email will then be sent to you to reset the password. Simply click the “Reset Password” link in the email and you will be redirected to the password reset page. NOTE: The email address with the password reset link will come from “Customer Relations” and the sender’s email address will be guest@paytronix.com.

The fastest and easiest way to place your order is online. You can choose from our delicious fresh menu items, set pick up or delivery times and process your payment. All orders placed after 3:00pm will be available for pick-up or delivery after 7:30am the next day.

Yes, we do! Delivery is available in most areas. To check on availability in your area, enter your zip code in the order details page and choose delivery.

Yes. To be eligible for delivery, the order total must be $25 before taxes, discounts and delivery fees.

Yes! We understand many of our guests have long time relationships with their local store and want you to continue with them! Once your login, go to “My Preferred Store” section to choose your favorite store. Or you can email us at CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com and have a catering specialist select your store for you.

Same day online catering orders can be placed at least 4 hours in advance of delivery or pickup. To ensure we serve you the best quality product and meet our Fresh Baked Policy, we are unable to accommodate early morning orders for next day service once our bakeries have closed. We are happy to serve you but will need additional time to have your order prepared; therefore all “next day” orders placed after 3:00pm will be available for pick-up or delivery after 7:30am the following day.

Absolutely! Once you add an item to your cart, you can choose the selections that best fit your group.

With catering, we provide everything you would need to enjoy the meal based on what you ordered. Plates, napkins, appropriate utensils, cups, lids, creamer, sweetener, etc.

Yes! Our catering site is secure. We can store your credit card, should you choose that option.

Our bagels are made in a facility that uses milk, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, peanuts, and tree nut ingredients. Our bagels are also made on equipment that processes tree nuts. Our stores prepare food in an open kitchen so the possibility for cross contamination exists for all allergens, including peanuts & tree nuts. Our store managers are Serv Safe trained and are aware of the sensitivities of our guests. If you have a high sensitivity to a specific allergen, please email CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com and discuss your concerns with our catering specialists you can note your order accordingly and work with the GM at the store that will fulfill your order. Our stores are willing to and will attempt to work with our guests to minimize allergen concerns.

You can order for any size for pickup and we accept any size order for delivery so long as it is over $25. We have a wonderful team of experts that handle orders from 10 to 10,000 people.

We have selected products that best suit delivery and maintain our high standards of quality and freshness for presentation on our catering menu.

We run several promotions throughout the year.  If the promotion does not list a promotional code, it will be auto applied when your order meets the offer qualifications.  Other offers that specify a promo code require that the code be entered at checkout.  If you have questions regarding a promotional discount, please email us at CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com and our catering specialists will assist you!

We accept most major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) for payment. We cannot accept gift cards for catering purchases at this time.

A final invoice will be emailed to you at midnight, the night after your order is completed. Our credit cards process at that time. Also, you can log in to your account and click on “My Account”. Select “Order History”. You can print PDF copies of any of your orders 24/7.

No, when you place your order, your payment is submitted at that time.

Yes, we do! Please email us at CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com with your purchase order number after submitting our order online. We can add the number to your confirmed order.

Cash is not accepted for advance orders. We prefer credit cards for payment. However, if your company or organization places orders on a frequent basis exceeding $300 per month, you may qualify for a House Account, which if approved, allows payment via check or ACH transfer. For our house account, please complete this House Account Application. Please send the completed and signed application to CateringSupport@bagelbrands.com. It generally takes 7-10 business days to process.

A pending amount is charged in advance of the catering order for 5% more than the expected total. On the order date, the amount will be corrected and finalized to match the invoice. It may take a couple of days for your bank to update your account to the finalized amount.

Thank you for your generosity! We do offer the option to provide gratuity to our delivery drivers and/or store team. The standard amount suggested on our orders is 10% of the subtotal but this amount can be adjusted to match your preference. There is no obligation to provide a gratuity and our great service will not change based on the amount selected. When checking out on our website, when you reach the third “Review” page, it will leave the gratuity open for you to adjust how you see fit.

To account for tax differences, we pre-authorize 5% above the total amount of the order. However, you will only be charged the amount of your order. On the order date, the amount will be corrected and finalized to match the invoice. It may take a couple of days for your bank to update your account to the finalized amount.

Once we confirm your order, it is immediately transmitted to the bakery team. You will see the order at the same time through a confirmation email and on your account order history.

No. Once your change is confirmed, you will only be charged for the items you receive in the order.

Bruegger’s understands that plans can change, and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your catering order’s pick-up/delivery date and time. We accept cancellations up until 4:00 PM, the day prior, in the time zone that the order is scheduled. Bruegger’s reserves the right to charge your credit card or house account 100% of the price of the order amount of cancelled after 4:00 PM, the day prior, in the time zone that the order is scheduled.

Yes, you will need an account connected to an email address. If you have a Bruegger’s Rewards account with your email address, please note they are not in the same system or program and you will need to create an catering account.

Gift Cards

You can check your gift card balance online on our website.

There is no expiration date on your Gift Card. We recommend that you redeem it soon after you receive it, so you don’t forget.

You can use your Gift Card in-store at participating locations, which exclude our licensed stores, located in airports, hotels, hospitals, military bases, and college campus locations, convenience stores, etc.

During select times of the year we do offer promotional programs or discounts on our Gift Cards. To stay in the know on gift card and other promotions, be sure to sign up for Bruegger’s Rewards and opt-into email or app push notifications on your mobile device.

No. There are no fees associated with Gift Cards. You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card and shipping if applicable. eGift Cards are sent via email and incur no shipping charges.

Cards may not be redeemed for cash and no refunds or change will be given unless required by law. However, non-promotional cards under $10 are refundable in participating stores in CA; non-promotional cards under $5 are refundable in participating stores in CO, ME, MA, MT, NJ, OR, and WA; non-promotional cards under $2.50 are refundable in participating stores in TX; and, non-promotional cards under $1 are refundable in participating stores in VT and RI.

Yes. To do so, go to the “For Me” tab underneath “Who is the gift card for”. Your eGift Card will be sent to the email address entered on the Payment Page. When you receive your eGift Card alert via email, follow the instructions in this message to retrieve and redeem your eGift Card.

Simply personalize the eGift Card for your recipient, have it sent to yourself and then print it. To do this, go to the “For Me” tab underneath “Who is the gift card for”. Your eGift card will be sent to the email address entered on the Payment Page. Enter your email address in the “Your Email” field. Enter your recipient’s name and your personal message on the eGift Card messages page, and complete the transaction normally. You will receive an eGift Card alert via email. Follow the instructions in this message to retrieve your eGift Card and then choose “Click to print this page.” The resulting printout may be presented as a gift to the recipient.

An eGift Card is an electronic Gift Card that is sent via email. On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the eGift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient’s name and your personalized message), its value and code number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card, including printing instructions. Sometimes, special offers and promotions are listed on the page.

eGift Card: Your eGift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most eGift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, eGift Cards are sent on the morning of the scheduled delivery date. Please see the “eGift Cards” section below for more about eGift Cards.

Plastic Gift Card: Delivery times are determined by the Shipping Method selection. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your Gift Card is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, with which you may access the current shipping status of your gift.

Gift Cards may be shipped to valid street addresses within the United States. For your protection, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

You will receive an email message confirming delivery, and a message notifying you that the eGift Card has been viewed. If the eGift Card goes un-viewed for 15 days after delivery, you will receive a message with options for resolving the issue. You may also contact Customer Support with the order number from the email you received confirming your purchase, and we can tell you if the recipient has viewed their eGift Card.

Once your Gift Card is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, with which you may access the current shipping status of your gift.

If your Gift Card has not been delivered, you can cancel your purchase by contacting Customer Support. Cancellation is subject to limitations.
