(DALLAS) April 1, 2015 – Bruegger’s Bagels, known for its authentic New York-style bagels and signature egg sandwiches, opened its Dallas Love Field Airport location on Saturday, March 28. The new bakery, which is located in Terminal 2 outside of the security checkpoint, marks Bruegger’s Bagels’ return to Dallas after a ten-year absence.
Veteran Airport concessionaire Four Leaf Ventures, led by President and CEO Guillermo Perales and COO Luis Ibarguengoytia, operates the new bakery.
“Though travelers may be short on time, they want dining experiences that support their daily lifestyle,” said Ibarguengoytia. “Bruegger’s Bagels offers Love Field travelers options, both better-for-you and indulgent, that are easy to access and enjoy on the go.”
The Dallas Love Field bakery is opening with Bruegger’s Bagels’ popular menu, including 15-plus varieties of authentic New York-style bagels, 100 percent made-in-Vermont cream cheeses, signature egg sandwiches, classic bagel and deli sandwiches, soups and salads, all available in a grab-and-go format.
The 1,400-square-foot bakery features seating for 20, a full view of the baking area and free Wi-Fi. The bakery will be open seven days a week from 4:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
