What exactly is changing?
We’re adding new point-based rewards to get you free food faster and more bagel-centric rewards to redeem your points for. Also, members now earn 1 point per dollar when they order in bakery and 2 points per dollar spent when they order ahead on either the app or online. All of this with a new program name and logo.
Why are you changing the program?
We’re excited to enhance the program with new food-forward rewards, lower point costs for the first reward, lower point cost for an egg sandwich reward, and earning double points whenever and however you order ahead in the app or online.
What happens to the rewards I already have?
Any point-based rewards issued will be valid through the end of their expiration date, usually 14 days after redeeming your points. E.g., Redeeming points for a free bagel reward on 9/24 for 100 points will still be valid for use over the next 14 days.
What happens to my current points balance?
Your points are yours – no changes will affect your point balance.
Do I need to do anything?
Nope! Your account will have access to the new rewards starting September 25th, 2024. Your account will automatically start earning double points when you order ahead and any existing rewards will be available through their listed expiration date.
How can I see how many points I earned for a transaction?
Members can review their transaction history, including points earned, in the mobile app. Under the ‘My Account’ section, tap on Transactions. Members can review all transaction and how many points were added to their account.
Do I still get a Birthday Reward?
Yes! There is no change to our birthday reward. Accounts in good standing will receive a Free Bagel & Cream Cheese with purchase in celebration of their birthday, provided a birthday is noted in their account.
When do my points expire?
Reward points expire six months after your last order.
