Request Employee W-2 Copy

Option A If today’s date is February 1 through April 18: Bruegger’s will provide one duplicate copy of last year’s W-2 form free of charge. Please complete the on-line form above and your W-2 copy will be mailed within 5 business days.

Option B If today’s date is April 19 through January 31: Bruegger’s will provide copies of prior year’s W-2’s for a processing fee of $5.00 per form. Please call 1-888-901-9351 for assistance.
