Bruegger's Continues to Grow in Minnesota with New Bakery in Blaine

New bakery marks 37th Minnesota location; Offers guests convenient drive thru service

Blaine, Minn. (December 21, 2007) – Bruegger’s Enterprises, Inc. celebrated the grand opening of its newest Bruegger’s bakery-cafe located in Blaine, Minnesota. The bakery, located at 12525 Ulysses Street, brings the total of Minnesota bakeries up to thirty-seven.

“Minnesota is our largest market and we have many loyal guests in Minnesota who have made our healthful meals a part of their lives,” said James J. Greco, CEO of Bruegger’s. “I am excited that we continue to grow here with the addition of the Blaine bakery.”

The new bakery has seating for up to 30 guests and will employ approximately 20 people. The bakery is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and features free, unlimited wireless Internet and a convenient drive-thru service.

Kettle boiled first; Bruegger’s bagels are baked fresh throughout the day to give them an authentic crunchy crust on the outside and a dense, chewy texture on the inside. In addition to fresh, hot bagels, Bruegger’s offers an extensive menu free of artificial trans fats.
