Bruegger's Bottomless Mugs Offer Never Ending Refreshment
Unlimited coffee, tea or soda for $3 week-the perfect gift for the caffeine-addicted,
or simply liquid-addicted
Burlington, Vt. (October 18, 2007) – According to the Specialty Coffee
Association, Americans spent $12 billion on coffee in 2006. Many coffee
lovers pay nearly $3-5 a cup every day for their favorite grandé coffee,
but at Bruegger’s guests can purchase a never-endé that costs
$3 or less per week.
The Bruegger’s Bottomless Mug is a one-of-a-kind, annual tradition that
keeps on giving throughout the year. This special mug allows guests free refills
of delicious Green Mountain Coffee Roasters® coffee, tea or soda at participating
bakeries until December 31, 2008. The mugs, and new this year, Bottomless Cup
Cards, will be available for purchase October 31 through January 8, 2008, so
the sooner you buy one the more you will save. Guests who purchase the card
receive a medium-sized beverage in a Bruegger’s paper cup.
“Bottomless mugs are unique to Bruegger’s. We have yet to
find a similar product on the market,” said James J. Greco, chief executive
officer. “These mugs are an incredible value and make a great gift for
friends or family.”
These durable, red travel mugs range from $99 to $139, depending on the market,
and are perfect for transporting your favorite beverage. Some markets,
including Pittsburgh, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany and Fairbanks, will donate
a portion of the mug sales to a local charity.
In select markets selling the mugs for $119 or more, guests will also receive
a Bruegger’s card good for one free dozen bagels per month throughout
the year. Offer varies per bakery, please see bakery for details. This card
is valued at approximately $85 and is another great incentive to purchase a
Bottomless Mug.
