Bruegger's Opens Newest Bakery-Cafe In Orange County

New Irvine location marks the continued growth of local franchisee

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. (September 13, 2007) – Today, Pacific Bagel Partners, L.P. celebrated the grand opening of the newest Bruegger’s bakery-cafe in Irvine at 3991 Irvine Boulevard in the Northpark Plaza. To celebrate, Pacific Bagel Partners invited guests to a party with face painting, a magic show, a DJ, door prizes and the chance to sample different items from Bruegger’s menu.

With the addition of the new Irvine location, Bruegger’s now employs 40 people in the Irvine area. The new bakery-cafe features seating for 38 guests, including an outdoor seating area. This location features Bruegger’s new bakery-cafe design which utilizes a soft color scheme, emphasizing natural textures and warm tones balanced with bright colors to make an inviting space for guests. The bakery also features free, unlimited wireless Internet.

Irvine is the third location in the area and the 12th location for Pacific Bagels. Pacific Bagels has been serving guests at Bruegger’s locations in Orange County since 1996. More than 100 of Bruegger’s 256 locations are operated by franchisee owners like Pacific Bagels.

Kettle boiled first, Bruegger’s bagels are baked fresh throughout the day to give them an authentic crunchy crust on the outside and a dense, chewy texture on the inside. The bakery’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturdays from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
