Buon Appetito! Bruegger's Introduces Primo Pesto Chicken Sandwich
Garden-fresh, basil and parmesan infused sandwich is the perfect lunchtime taste at the start of spring
Burlington, Vt. (March 12, 2008) – Prepare your taste buds for a trip
to the Mediterranean with the new Primo Pesto Chicken sandwich from Bruegger’s. Available
for a limited time only, the Primo Pesto is an Italian-inspired recipe prepared
on a freshly baked Ciabatta roll and layered with warm, tender slices of premium
white chicken breast, green leaf lettuce, zesty roasted red peppers, crisp
red onions, and is topped off with our basil parmesan pesto sauce.
Originating from the warm Mediterranean regions of Northern Italy, our pesto
is made from fresh basil leaves, parmesan cheese, olive oil, and garlic. “The
new Primo Pesto combines healthful, chicken breast with bright, garden-fresh
flavor, and it’s different from any of the other flavors on our sandwich menu. Our guests are in

The Primo Pesto sandwich joins the Bruegger’s menu with two other delectable
chicken sandwiches: a Cuban Chicken Sandwich and the Roadhouse Chicken Sandwich.
