Guests can choose a variety of menu items that include unique cream cheese flavors, breakfast sandwiches, hand-tossed salads, hearty soups, sandwiches, panini and desserts, with a frequently changing menu reflecting seasonal and geographical specialties.

My name is Philip Smith, and I'm the Executive Chef at Bruegger’s. I have lived, dined and cooked around the world. And I bring those experiences with me in into our Vermont kitchen every day to prepare fresh, flavorful, nutritious meals for you.
