Bruegger's Bakery-Cafe Adds Kid's Menu

New Kid's Meal includes old favorites and healthy choices

(Burlington, VT) Families will notice something new on Bruegger’s menu starting this week. The 290-unit fast casual chain launched a new kid’s menu that includes wholesome, fun selections found to be most appealing to its youngest guests.

As part of a company focus on healthy and value-driven dining options, Bruegger’s Kid’s Meals include old favorites including: Kid-sized grilled cheese served on freshly baked whole wheat bread made with cheddar cheese; Kid’s choice of bagel with cream cheese, or Kid-sized peanut butter and jelly also served on freshly baked whole wheat bread.

Side item options include fruit, applesauce or chips. Prices start at $2.89. Drinks are not included in the meal, but kids can always choose from a variety of all-natural juices, milk or fountain drinks.

“Kids have always loved Bruegger’s menu because it provided so many options,” said Jim Greco, Bruegger’s CEO. “We launched the Kid’s Meals to create value for parents and to highlight our healthy options for kids.”

All of Bruegger’s 20-plus bagels and breads are baked fresh throughout the day, so parents are assured of a preservative-free, healthy, and fun-for-kids meal. Bruegger’s uses only the freshest ingredients in all of its breakfast and lunch sandwiches and panini, soups, and salads. With an average check price of just $6, the chain is a healthy and affordable dining option for the whole family.
