Bruegger’s Bakery-Cafe Opens in Cincinnati

Neighborhood favorite to bring authentic New York bagels, healthy options to the community

Cincinnati – On August 7, Bruegger’s Bakery-Café celebrated the grand opening of its most recent bakery in Cincinnati at 3515 Columbia Parkway. Located near the intersection of Delta Avenue and Columbia Parkway, the new bakery will offer free WiFi, catering and a drive thru service.

The 1,900 square foot bakery-café is one of eight bakeries in the Cincinnati area. It will feature indoor seating for 26 with additional seating on the outdoor patio. 

“Cincinnati is such a welcoming and dynamic community,” said James J. Greco, CEO of Bruegger’s. “We look forward to becoming a neighborhood gathering place for breakfast and lunch in Columbia Square.”

To officially welcome the restaurant’s new neighbors, Bruegger’s will host a grand opening celebration starting Thursday August 20 through Saturday August 22. The weekend will include a guest appearance by a special Cincinnati Zoo animal. A percentage of sales from the weekend will benefit programs of the Zoo. 

Guests will also have a chance to participate in raffles, giveaways and the bakery’s special promotions including $0.99 bagels with cream cheese, $2.99 Herby Turkey sandwiches and three bagels for the price of $1.00.

With a commitment to freshness, every Bruegger’s bakery and café features kettle-boiled bagels and bread baked on site throughout the day. Its extensive menu is free of transfats and includes breakfast items, Signature Soups, fresh-tossed salads and made-to-order sandwiches. Coffee is always brewing, including a daily Fair Trade CertifiedTM blend from Green Mountain Coffee®.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
