Greco to speak on restaurant industry panel discussion

On Wednesday, June 10, Bruegger’s CEO Jim Greco will speak to distinguished invited guests as part of the restaurant industry panel discussion at the 29th annual Piper Jaffray Consumer Conference in New York.  During the two-day event, more than 75 of the industry’s highest profile retailers, footwear and apparel brands, restaurants, food processers and distributors, and leisure/entertainment companies will address current industry trends and present their latest growth strategies.

Greco will be asked to discuss such trends as consumer habits in this value-oriented environment, the effects of the 2008 economic stimulus package on restaurant visits and higher unemployment rates.
