Bruegger’s Bagels Arrives in Kansas

On Thursday, March 4 through Sunday, March 7, Bruegger's Bakery and Café will officially celebrate the grand opening of their first bakery in Kansas – located in Overland Park.  at 13713 Metcalf Ave in the Corbin Park Shopping Center.

The 1800 square foot bakery-café features indoor seating for 30 with an extensive menu of breakfast and lunch items including the chain’s freshly baked New York-style bagels. The bakery also offers free WIFI and catering for guests.

“Bruegger’s is pleased to open for the first time in Kansas,” said James Greco, CEO of Bruegger’s.  “Residents have already offered us a warm welcome and we look forward to becoming a strong part of the Overland Park community.”

With a commitment to freshness, every Bruegger’s bakes its authentic bagels and bread on site throughout the day. The menu is full of other breakfast and lunch favorites like breakfast sandwiches, freshly tossed salads, seasonal soups and made-to-order sandwiches. Coffee is always brewing, including a daily Fair Trade Certified? blend from Green Mountain Coffee®. Guests choosing to dine in can take advantage of free wireless access and free coffee refills.

Regular hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
