Bruegger's Bakery Cafe Opens in Brighton NY

Neighborhood favorite to bring authentic New York bagels, healthy options

On December 28, Bruegger’s Bagel Bakery opened its newest bakery in Brighton at 2951 Monroe Avenue. Located near the intersection of Clover St. and Monroe Ave., the new bakery is one of fourteen bakeries in the Rochester area.

The 1,350 square foot bakery-café features indoor seating for 24 with an extensive menu of breakfast and lunch items including the chain’s New York-style, kettle boiled bagels. The bakery also offers free WIFI, catering and a drive thru service for guests.

“We’ve waited 15 years to bring Bruegger’s to the intersection of Brighton and Pittsford,” said Ken Greene, CEO of Flour City Bagels, Bruegger’s largest franchisee with 34 locations in New York. “We look forward to serving this wonderful community of professionals, families and youth.”
With a commitment to freshness, every Bruegger’s features authentically made bagels and bread baked on site throughout the day. The menu is full of other classics like breakfast sandwiches, freshly tossed salads, seasonal soups and made-to-order sandwiches including the new line of Panini. Coffee is always brewing, including a daily Fair Trade Certified blend from Green Mountain Coffee®. Guests choosing to dine in can take advantage of free wireless access.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Call 585-697-0158 with questions.
