Bruegger’s Bakery-Café Arrives in West Bloomfield, Michigan
(West Bloomfield, MI) –Bruegger’s Enterprises, Inc. will officially open the doors to its newest location and welcome its new neighbors in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Located at 7300 Orchard Lake Road, the bakery and café will offer its famous, boiled and baked bagels as well as its signature lunch items.

Bruegger’s newest bakery-café will provide its guests with a comfortable and warm atmosphere to enjoy a warm cup of coffee and a wholesome meal. The bakery’s new location will feature 26 indoor seats and in the spring, there will be outdoor seating for up to eight guests. The bakery will employ approximately 15 people. This will be the first Bruegger’s bakery in West Bloomfield.
A soft color scheme, emphasizing natural textures and warm tones balanced with bright colors is an integral part of the Bruegger’s bakery-cafes design making it an inviting experience. The West Bloomfield location will also feature free wireless internet service in the dining room. The hours of operation are Monday through Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Kettle boiled first; Bruegger’s bagels are baked fresh throughout the day to give them an authentic crunchy crust on the outside and a dense, chewy texture on the inside. In addition to fresh, hot bagels, Bruegger’s offers an extensive menu free of artificial trans fats. Menu items include new Signature Soups, hand-crafted, fresh-tossed salads, made-to-order sandwiches and unique Green Mountain Coffee Roasters® coffee blends, including a daily Fair Trade CertifiedÔ blend.
